Need new cooler for AMD FX-9590

I need a new cooler for the amd fx-9590. My h80i is not really working with my cpu. I am on a tight budget and don't to hear get a different cpu or anything else that is not related to what I am asking. I just want to get my desktop back up and running. I know about the corsair h100i but would like to look at other coolers.

Only thing that will keep it cool is a custom loop.

Don't bother investing any more, very poor CPU that has extremely high temps, any more money thrown at it is wasted.
Save up for a CPU/mobo/RAM upgrade.

Funny thing is even in a 360 rad loop the cpu tends to run too hot.

Anything you can carry over from the old pc to lower the costs (psu, storage,...)? You'll have to part the old one out anyways as a 9590 complete rig does not sell at all usually or far below the price.
Might want to add a ssd in the new build otherwise it's just fine.

I also have a sandisk 128gb ssd I plan to use but I might buy an internal ssd. the one that looks like a ram stick and put it in once I can afford it.
