Computer restarts randomly while playing games

So i recently built a new pc that I have been using to play games on, but while playing games like overwatch and gta v it reboots randomly.

my specs
Intel i7 7700k - cpu
Asus Maximus IX Hero - motherboard
Trident Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 - ram
MSI Gaming X 1070 - gpu
EVGA BQ 750W 80+ Bronze - psu

It's not over heating it restarts when I have the side panel removed as well

Because it has the side panel removed doesn't mean it's not overheating. You might as well have no heatsink on the CPU and take the side panel off and say "it's not overheating".

Run MSI afterburner and Riva Statistics server in the background to observe temps while gaming. Or you can just download realtemp and occasionally alt-tab to check the temps. If anything goes above 90, there's something wrong. Let us know how it goes.

So far the hottest I noticed the gpu temp go was 65c

CPU temp has been fine so far I use the h100i to cool it, it stays around 35c while gaming, if it was my cpu wouldn't my computer just shut down instead of rebooting
