MSI m5 Z170A Motherboard, computer stopped working

My computer was on when I left for work, came home and it has turned off. No startup at all, not even bios. Tried clearing cmos, didn't change anything. My motherboard has a blue light/ button on the back that says clear cmos, any ideas on how to troubleshoot? I've already tested the PSU, and i'm fairly sure its something with the MB. Only three months old.

MSI Z270 M5 motherboard
1070 gpu
650w psu

MSI Z170A M5 motherboard contains EZ Debug LED's near by the RAM slots it were marked by CPU,GPU,DDR and other 3 LED's look at it see if any one of the LED is on.

I actually have a Z270, sorry about that. I also have no LED's on the motherboard, the only light that comes on is the clear CMOS on the I/O
