My friend told me that he would sell me a gaming pc, razer keyboard chroma, razer mouse chroma, and razer mousepad. For 700$

Components:
Cyberpowerpc
AMD FX-4300 Quad Core
Processor 3.8 GHZ
ANARCHY 16gb
64-but operating system x64 based processor
Nividia Graphic Card GeForce GTX 970
350 watts
760 G chipset

He also stated that he has had it for over a year. I know nothing about PC and I'm looking to buy one for games and for editing my YouTube videos and recording gameplay from PLAYSTATION AND CBOX AND STREAMING AS WELL. Should I buy this from him or no?

Solution
Even thought its a quad core, dont buy that PC. The only plus youre getting is the razer bundles but if you are only using it for editing just dont. A 700$ i5 build would totally kill that current build.

The cpu is extremly weak so no. For that price you can get a way better pc. The big bonus here is the razer stuff tho.

Since you will be doing Editing along side gaming so i'll not recommend you that PC.
Look for AMD FX octa core or latest Ryzen series CPU as they are far better performers when it comes to Multithreaded applications.
No doubt Intel will give you good performance but if you are on tight budget then AMD is the right choice as they provide Great Price to performance ratio.
That's it..!!
All the best.

Don't look at the amd fx series they are really old and poor performers. Take a look at a new build with an amd ryzen for 700$ you can build a strong streaming and editing machine.
