Low quality dekstop picture on windows 8.1 pro

My dekstop picture isn't HD. This is the picture i want to set, and it is HD as you can see ( http://imgur.com/a/J9IIb ) and this is how it appears on dekstop ( http://i.imgur.com/SiGVUDb.png ). What should i do? Thank you.

What is your display resolution running at right now?
Can you give us the specs of your machine? (especially the GPU)

1366x768

Ok, what monitor are you using? If 1366x768 is the windows recommended resolution for your display, then you are not running an HD monitor, and will not get an HD resolution being displayed.

It is laptop monitor, and yea, that's recommended resolution. Thanks for answer
