SSD 850evo with no disc ..

I bought a Samsung SSD 850 evo but the disc didnt come with it and the box is different from what i see in the other people in internet

You got an OEM version, note where it states "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE".

You described the difference in your post. What you see is what you get. You just go a bare drive. The drive is the same, what it comes with is not.
