New vga but still lagging while playing game

Buy new vga but still lag why? Is there a fixed reason?
My computer is
Pentium dual core e5500
Vga 730 new I've done install driver
8gb ram

My old vga is gt 210

Both are too weak for that game. I'm sorry to say, you're going to need a complete system overhaul to enjoy GTA V, including motherboard, processor, RAM and video card replacement. PC gaming isn't cheap.

What game?

The Pentium e5500 is ancient, and probably doesn't meet the minimum requirements for many games. Without a sufficiently fast CPU, your games will run poorly.

Additionally, the GT 730 is not a gaming GPU. nVidia marks gaming GPUs with a "GTX" at the beginning; the GT 730 is intended for things like basic desktop usage, watching YouTube videos, and providing extra monitor outputs.
