Greetings,
So I decided to to build a new pc and pretty much done with all parts
Only need some help with ram

My mobo will be Asus Strix B350-F with ryzen 7 170
Options for RAM is Corsair CMK16GX4M4A2666C15 (http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/vengeance-lpx-16gb-4x4gb-ddr4-dram-2666mhz-c15-memory-kit-black-cmk16gx4m4a2666c15)
I know my mobo only support dual channel but this 4x4 kit is cheaper than the 2x8 kit and I've read that there won't be performance difference even if I use 4 kit on dual channel mobo (only downside is there's no room for upgrade in the future which I don't really mind)

the question is would it be compatible with ryzen tho? because it wasn't listed on corsair's webstie (http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/landing/ryzen)

any other option would be :
2 kits : kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8) 2133mhz CL15 / Corsair LPX 16GB (2x8) 2666mhz CL16 (both around $20 higher in price)
4 kits : kingston HyperX Predator 16GB (4x4) 2800mhz CL14 (only as last resort because I'm already pretty tight on the budget xD)

only these ram is available in my country atm (tried to look for corsair lpx 3000mhz, and gskill ram but no luck)

Thanks

Thats because the G.Skill is CL14 which makes it Samsung B-die chips, pretty much guaranteed to work, Ryzen loves those chips.
And the Corsair will be something like Hynix chips, touch and go as to if your system will work with these, this is what the...

1| There was an announcement made by AMD that they will be releasing Microcode/BIOS updates that will help improve memory compatibility on the RyZen platform.

2| That being said, you should be able to drop in the ram kit but getting it to work with your board will take some patience(since the BIOS update should be available by now).

3| If you're in doubt, I'd suggest you pick up a kit that is compatible with the new platform, oh and ofc you should be looking at DDR4-3200Mhz at least.

4| Where are you located?

thanks for your answer
3| the only 3200mhz ram i could find is corsair lpx 3200mhz 16gb (2x8) CMK16GX4M2B3200C16, but again, it wasn't on the compatible list nor asus qvl, but some says that it works fine with other asus boards (b350-plus, rog crosshair, x370-pro). is it safe to assume it will work with b350-f as well?
edit : I also found G.Skill - F4-3200C14D-16GVK but it's so expensive compared to corsair (almost $50 price difference) does 14CL makes any difference?
