Here's the thing. Streaming takes a lot of processing. Not only do you have to render it on your end, but encode it, and send it over a network. So it's almost like doing triple the work at once. A dual-core process it not going to cut it. You need something with a bit more umph. This could work, but it would only get back. Don't expect amazing results.

That is very low quality. You don't really want to go cheaper than that. In fact, you want to have at least an i5 to do some type of decent quality. That Pentium is going to struggle to deliver quality content while streaming. Just my three cents.
