I just got a new lg g6 a few days ago and last night it suddenly crashed and gave the following disturbing message
A few other people have had the same issue, but none seem to offer any kind of solution. The phone then went black and wouldn't turn on even when plugged into a wall outlet. I did a soft restart holding down the volume and power keys, and the phone booted up just fine and has been working fine ever since. AT&T simply referred me to their 611 number, which is just robots.
As I said, the phone is working fine, but I'm worried about doing anything that includes personal information like email or banking apps. Does anyone have any clue?
