So i mix yellow with red dye to make orange for my loop and i am noticing the red separating and getting stuck in the water block and in some of the bends. i don't know why this is happening but if anyone knows how to fix it and or prevent it that would be great.

Here is a link to a picture of my problem with my system: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5fHrXj3lTAhcXFPcUVNNkJPSGM

Solution
red dies are crap :)
that's what they do and this problem was not completely solved by any manufacturer. it's just a matter of time.
anyway, I recommend to use Mayhem dies - they are simply the best.

Oddly that looks pretty cool, but Primochill would probably be the best resource to answer that question.

I presume you did the research and that the tubing, fitting, and blocks are all compatible (recommended) with the dyes you used?

I know they occasionally reach out to noteworthy users and get samples from loops. They may even provide you with replacement dye.
