Building 3-5 of these.

These are gonna be for entry level game design using mostly unreal, with some blender. This is kind of what I came up with for the $400 budget per machine. peripherals aren't needed and the OS is windows 10 that is provided through the school for free. No upgrade path needed. Just want to know if this is the best that I can do for $400. I kind of wanna stay with something with 4 cores. Like the Pentium I selected with the hyper threading. No mail in rebates can be included.
