Just make sure the RAM you have is DDR3 RAM. DDR4 will not work with your 4790K CPU.

@Wildcard999's suggestions are great.

You might consider getting an aftermarket CPU cooler at some stage too. Though while you're on that entry level graphics card (750ti), there's no point overclocking anything.

If this PC is for gaming, then you've got a great CPU + motherboard, by far the weakest link is your GPU. So if you want to move from an entry level gaming rig to a sold mid-range one, you could get something like a GTX 1060, or even a GTX 1070, and have a vastly better gaming experience.

The NZXT H440 is a nice large case with 3-120mm intake fans & 1-140mm exhaust fans but has plenty of room for more fans as well. I have the Noctis which is similar to the H440 with a different design outside and it's a decent case.

While the S340 doesn't come with as many fans it can still accommodate quite a few and the price is cheaper.

Is there a particular reason you want more fans? In a full tower case like that with any "normal" hardware, you just don't need that much airflow. Even with a relatively high end GPU like a GTX 1070 and a large overclock on your CPU, you're still going to be pumping out well under 400W worth of heat under full load.

If you're trying to build in ultra-compact PC, or going crazy with 2-3 graphics cards, then case airflow becomes extremely important. But for even fairly high end gaming builds in full ATX cases, it just doesn't make much - if any - difference.

For your needs, I'd suggest you get a case primarily based on aesthetics. If you like the look of it, and it's a full ATX case, and it's got the front panel USB ports you want, then in all likelihood it'll do the job just fine.

If your not OCing then it really won't matter, also Asrock makes decent motherboards as I have the Z97 Extreme6 and have had no issues. Unless there's a feature you need then there's no reason to spend more then you need to.
