I am currently mining with my Asus 1070 Strix and my MSI 750ti, and I am wondering if I should have them running 24 hours a day or if I should run 1 for 12 hours, then the other for 12 hours.

Aside, are you finding enough coins to pay for the electricity used ? With ASIC and FPGA bitcoin mining GPUs are no longer cost effective....
