I have
i5 7600k (OC to 4.5)
MSI Gaming Pro Carbon Z270 Motherboard
Corsair H105 Water Cooler
GTX 1080ti FTW3
1x TB Hard Drive
Blu Ray Disk Player

Basically I need to know what the best budget Power Supply I can get for this, I'm a little stump because of the 1080ti FTW3.(Apparently it needs like 600 watts.)

Can anyone recommend me a good PSU with these specs?

Solution
You have so many fantastic options with a budget like that! EVGA is indeed over compensating as most graphics card companies do, it's to protect them from people buying ultra low quality 500 watt PSUs and trying to get 490 watts out of them.

Give these units a look. At your price range, everything will be fully modular, and high end (80+ Gold or higher efficiency)

Recommended good-quality PSUs (I'm listing 650W PSUs to give you ample headroom for overclocking and other additional components you may add to your rig in the future, as such PSUs are still below your designated budget):

SeaSonic - 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($76.99 @ SuperBiiz)
(Semi-modular, 5-year warranty, 50C rated oper. temp, 4x 6+2pin PCIE connectors, 54A (648W) at +12V rail, OEM: Seasonic)

EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($84.53 @ B&H)
(Fully-modular, 7-year warranty, 50C rated oper. temp, 2x 6+2pin + 2x 6pin PCIE connectors, 54.1A (650W) at +12V rail, OEM: Super Flower)

EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($88.99 @ SuperBiiz)
(Fully-modular, 7-year warranty, 50C rated oper. temp, 3x 6+2pin PCIE connectors, 54.1A (650W) at +12V rail, OEM: Super Flower)

SeaSonic - 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($96.99 @ SuperBiiz)
(Fully-modular, 7-year warranty, 40C rated oper. temp, 4x 6+2pin PCIE connectors, 54A (648W) at +12V rail, OEM: Seasonic)

Corsair - RMx 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ Amazon)

Yes you did. I might consider getting the EVGA SuperNova 850w, I felt like why not get more 100 Watt lol thank you for helping me.

Only get the 850W as minimum if you are considering a 2-Way SLI for your GTX 1080 Ti. That 850W is overkill for your rig with a single GTX 1080Ti FTW3 that draws ~280W + an OC'd i5-7600K at ~120W + ~80W for your other current components (with headroom already) at full load.

Would it damage any of my components by any chance?
