I don't know if this would work or destroy PC.

Some time ago, i saw what was basically, a sealed case, filled with something that looked like either oil or anti-freeze and the pc "submerged" inside.

Now, i tend to think this looks "fishy" and common sense tells me it could destroy the PC, but just out of curiosity i ask if this could actually work.
If it does, it would seem like a good way to keep dust away from the pc and cool it.

Computer components submerged in mineral oil isn't a good thing since the PCB's of components are porous and if you think cleaning dust out of a system was tedious, you might want to rethink cleaning up mineral oil from your components.

Imagine cleaning up an oil slick off the shores of a beach, not that sever but bothersome. To add to that, you're going to have to spend resources maintaining it which in retrospect makes traditional air cooling more worth while and cost effective(even resource wise).
