What should I upgrade?

I currently have $200 to upgrade my PC, and I don't know what I should do with the money. I have a Pentium G3258 oc'ed to 4 GHz, paired with a evga 1050 ti. It does the job well, but I figured why not upgrade while I have the money. I'm leaning towards getting a new CPU, because the 3258 is a dual core and witcher 3 stutters like crazy, but the 1050 ti will most likely bottleneck a $200 ish CPU.

What do you think I should upgrade?

Solution
Yeah definitely put money into the CPU. If you can, and have overclocking Z mobo, then I'd get the 4670k or 4690k. If they are out of budget then the 4590. Also, look on the used market to try to pick one up.

I have a MSI h81m-e33 mobo rn. Will that be able to overclock the 4670k? I don't know much about mother boards.

I believe you can only OC on a z87 when it comes to Haswell processors

Not that I know of but there might be a work around. I'd really suggest looking for a used or new i5-4590.
