since gtx 1080 ti need 2x 8 pin pcie, and i have 1 6+2 pcie pin ( 1x 8 pin pcie), can i use molex adapter (dual 4 pin molex to 8 pin pcie)? can i use that way to power up my graphic card? my psu 650w....

Solution
Tell us your location and budget. Go for Corsair or Seasonic of at least 650w and preferably gold rated (I am saying at least because it's an expensive GPU that I wouldn't pair with a lower quality, wattage and performance PSU).
