Stripped screw when taking off Corsair water cooler.

Recently my PC has been over-heating, so I therefore wanted to check the thermal paste as that was the issue for me last time. When I went to take off my Corsair H55 liquid cooler, I forgot that you must unscrew individually at either sides. Now two of the screw are stripped and I'm unaware as to how to fix this issue.

Please help me make up for my incompetence.

Thanks for the suggestion I will certainly look into upgrades, but I still need help on how to remedy the issue so that I can actually take the cooler off!
