Is it Safe to install a 95 w Deepcool ICE Blade 100 on a processor that is 65 w

Processor: Intel E2160 1.80 Ghz
is it safe ?
cause i just replaced the thermal paste
temps are at 50 degrees Celsius but here in my country when cpu's are bought, temps are at 36 -39 degree celsius
or should i buy a 65 watt cpu fan?

ok, i'm going to put in another 92cm fan on it (Deepcool UF 92 Ultra Silent) so it both has intake and exhaust and if i got a better one it wouldnt fit anymore cause the processor is placed on the upper part of the mobo. and it would collide with the 120mm fan on top. :)
