Just wondering if this system averages at 150fps 1080p High settings for League of Legends.

I doubt that it'll be overkill (average of 220fps+) but if it is, what can be changed to make the price cheaper than the original cost of $514 but still get good performance at high settings? For example, changing the GPU, RAM, or CPU so I can save x amount of money (let's say $100) and still get good performance. I'm used to getting 30fps so I'll take what I can get! :) That way, I can save money and still have enough fps so I won't lag during crucial moments that sometimes determine the outcome of the game.

Here is something better. With build i made you can play league on 1080p on medium/high settings above 80 fps all the time.
You can buy this for under 400 C$ and upgrade later once u have money. First upgrade would be video card, dont buy rx 460, get for example 470/570 1050 ti or better with at least 4gb VRAM so you could play other new games too. Then upgrade to SSD and 16GB of RAM if needed.
If your budget so low your could also look for second hand parts. You can easily build 1kC$ performance computer for half of the price.
