So my comp BSOD while I was playing a game earlier today giving me a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL code. I didn't catch what it said that first time sadly as the small added info for it. But when it restarted it got to login which I did and gave me driver_irql_not_less_or_equal ndis. and restarted and pretty much stuck in a loop like this.
I've looked around and there are several different things people have said can cause this but sadly some of the reccomended programs and such cant be installed during Safe mode which I am currently in. So I am hoping to reach out here and have some help on resolve this issue.

My PC is custom made an has been upgradfed slightly over the last few years.
Windows 8.1Pro
AMD FX-8350
8g of DDR3 Ram
XFX R9 280x 3g GPU
Corsair 750 PSU
Sadly I cant remember what kind of Mother board it was but its a Gigabyte brand one.

I used BluescreenView to check the minidmp file and here it is.

P.S. I have been up for a long time and was getting ready to sleep if I do not reply right away I might be asleep so please have patience. :x

Solution
Copy all files in C:\Windows\Minidump to google drive, dropbox or onedrive and post a share link.
Make sure that Windows is up to date, all updates are important to install (optional included) except for skype and silverlight if you get those.
