B) The Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 6GB G1 Gaming (GV-N1060G1 GAMING-6GD Rev 2.0)
which is about 347$

+1 cheapest one

as long as it has a decent cooler, 1060's behave pretty much the same

Hello there!

It shouldn't matter too much which card you buy, they all perform in the margin of error from each other. Just buy the one that suits you best, whether that is aesthetically, economically or preference of manufacturer.

The only real difference between those two cards are the ports. The G1 Gaming has three displayports, one HDMI and one DVI-D, whereas the other card only has one displayport, one HDMI and two DVI-D ports. If you use multiple monitors it might be worthwhile to buy the one with the connectors that suit you best.

And the cards should go well with the rest of your system. The 1600 will in no way bottleneck a GTX 1060. If your motherboard has a 6-pin PCI-e power connector for the graphics card, then everything should be ok!

Good luck with your build & kind regards
Marcus
