What case has the most insane, over the top airflow that's budget friendly (to a point)

I've been getting high temps because of the low amount of fans in my case and was looking to just buy a bigger case because I plan on getting a new motherboard and CPU depending on the case also a new CPU cooler as well but I don't want to spend 500 bucks on a case because I've got other non-computer things I have to focus all my money on.

You might not even need a case. What are your complete specs? Before I switched to an AIO, I had 4 fans. Two Noctua intake, 1 rear fan that came with the case, and one on my Hyper 212 EVO. Never went above 70c. You may also want to think about clutterness. If it is clutter, airflow will not be proper. Also you want to think about how air will be flowing.

The system is very organized and I've taken out Drive cages to make it cleaner. Everything doesn't go over 80c but I'd like it at around 50c

My biggest pet peeve is the CPU temp on my fx 6350

I'm going to ryzen and getting a 2nd 970 just to have SLI. I have a push pull config on a 240mm radiator (forget the brand I think it's corsair) with aftermarket blue fans. I've actually got 5 fans if you count the push pull
