I have an opportunity to buy this great motherboard, i never had a high end motherboard, i never saw a motherboard with 2 8-pin cpu connectors, but i have this question about the cpu power conection on the motherboard.

Im using a Corsair RM550X that have the cpu 1 8-pin connection and the pci 6+2-pin for the gpu and the cable that split in 2, 8-pin conector for the vga.

My questions:
1)Can i use this motherboard with only ATX12V1 connected to the power suply? (if im not using an extreme overclock)
2)Can I swap the connection between the CPU and GPU on the power suply to connect the 2 6+2-pin to the cpu power conection on the motherboard and the cpu connection to the GPU? (i would need to change the cable because my curently gpu use only 1 6-pin, and the cpu cable is 4+4)

Can I use this cable to replace the original 8-pin cable to the power suply to 2 connection to the motherboard?

Solution
No and no!

Here is a pinout diagram for the cables you're confusing between an EPS connector and a PCI-E connector

Is that a non K processor?

1| ATX12V1 is the key port to connect for the 8pin EPS cable.
2| No however you could get a cable that splits the 8pin EPS to two outputs,

though it's ideal that your PSU caters to that feature from the get go. It's called an 8pin EPS splitter.

That last image is for the GPU only! I've included a link to building a PC seeing how you're unfamiliar with connectors.

P.S:
You forgot to state the rest of your system's specs. We can't be held responsible for a fried system but we can try and stop you from frying it.

The same PCI used for GPU?
Thank you a lot for the help!

System is a 4790, GTX1060 , 16Gb ram, 2 SSDs

If you're working with an Intel i7-4790(non k suffixed) processor part then you're not going to be able to overclock on it. You're going to need an Intel i7-4790K.

Thank you for awarding my post as the Best Answer but I think it was prematurely selected.

Yea for sure! But in not planing to overclock right now, its more than enough the non K. Maybe one day (when it get cheaper) i will make this "upgrade".

That just brings us to the point that you don't need to buy this particular motherboard and the unnecessary accessories. You could easily buy a B85 chipset motherboard and avoid the additional connectors and ofc the unnecessary expenditure.
