the parts that i have
Motherboard : ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING
cpu: Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K
case:Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Airflow Edition, Full Tower ATX Case
video card:ASUS ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-O11G-GAMING GeForce 11GB OC Edition

thank you

How important is it to you to overclock the i7-7700K to the maximum?
How important is it to you to have a quiet pc?
How important is it to you that your parts stay clean?

You have a case with good ventilation so a simple tower type cooler is going to do the job.
I like the noctua new s variant coolers. NH-U12s, NH-I14s, NH-D15s will all do the job, are quiet, and easy to mount.
Because all your intake air comes from one source and is filtered, your case will stay cleaner.

You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
As of 2/22/17
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.4v Vcore.

I7-7700K
4.9 78%
5.0 59%
5.1 28%
5.2 7%
You will likely run out...

An AIO is geared to be maintenance free though the only thing you should do per maintenance is to blow dust out of the radiator fins. If you want to go for the custom level watercooling, you will need to perform a maintenance run on it as you would with a custom level watercooling setup.

If you want to jump into the world of watercooling, you can look into the watercooling sticky(linked in my sig).

In short, if you want a hobby apart from gaming, then you can pick up the Swiftech unit but if you want to spend your time elsewhere, you can pick up the AIO. Also, anything stopping you from picking up a NZXT X62 kraken cooler?

For the money you could easily for air cooling and call it a day...no?

You will likely run out of safe vcore before you run into thermal limits even using an air cooler in your case.

Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

My advice, as a first time builder, stick with air.

Two tips:

1. Buy yourself a #2 magnetic tip screwdriver for assembly.
2. While waiting for parts, download and read, cover to cover the motherboard and case manuals.

i know absolutely nothing about overclocking ,i want a cooler that gives me the possibility to overclock when i learn how to if an air cooler can do that then tell me which one and its important to me to have a quiet pc and that my parts stay clean

Your case has a 170mm height spec.
That will allow any air cooler made today.
I particularly like the new noctua s variants. They are redesigned to clear high ram spreaders(which are useless), and are offset to clear graphics cards in the first pcie x16 slot.
The fans are very quiet and come with noise reducers if you want. The mounting is simplicity itself.
I might suggest the NH-U14s. You can go smaller with the NH-U12s which I use, or larger with the NH-D15s.
Here is a review of three 140mm air coolers, you can pick any of them,

thank you just have one more question, do i keep the fans that come with the case or get new ones ?

The case comes with two 140mm front intake fans and one 140mm exhaust fan.
Perfect setup.
I would not change out the fans.
At the very least see how they do before you fix a problem that is not likely to be there.

Yes, there are some fans available that move more air(and are louder) but that seems hardly necessary and not a great trade off.
