hi, my name is gaurav and i am student from india. i want to build a gaming pc. i have money but not the permission to spend it on a gaming pc, so i want a good configuration uder $400-450 or simply 35k INR. i don't crave for solid 60 FPS in every title. i can drop the settings but i can't compromise on resolution and FPS. so if any of you can recommend me a good configuration then i would be grateful.

Thanks for reading my thread! (sorry for my bad english)

no, there's no offline option available for me. amazon is the only way to buy parts. and the components you suggested are expensive on amazon. if you check all of the products on amazon then you will know that this build costs more than 40k

If you're a student and have a that low budget, I suggest you wait until you get more money. It's simply not worth it to pay 400 USD on a computer, as you'll be forced to run on low settings.
