When I first open Open Hardware Monitor, right after booting my PC up my GPU (gtx 1080 Ti) is idling at 35 degrees celsius and using 10% on the core, 10% on the memory controller, and 2% on the memory. 2 seconds later the core% goes back to 0 and the temp. goes down to 27 degrees celsius. Is this normal? At the same time my CPU (i7-5820k) % on a few of the cores goes up to 55% and then 2 seconds later back to 0-3% all while idling.
