Laptop keyboard typing weird Stuff

My Laptop is typing more then one letter when i press a key. For example when i type "9" i get "9*", and when i type "a" it turns on cap lock.

Laptop keyboards are easy to replace. HP laptops have sliders above the top row and/or screws under the laptop that hold the keyboard in place. The keyboard connects with a small ribbon cable. I'm sure you can buy a replacement keyboard online.
