Ok, so my PC specs are
Nvidia 1050 2 GB
i5 6500
8GB DDR4 ram
1TB Toshiba HDD
600w psu
But, GTA IV runs at 54 fps all the time. Doesn't matter if it's the lowest settings with v sync off and 800x480, or maxed out 1920x1080 and v sync on. Always 54 fps. Even in the main menu. Does someone know a fix?
