My 2 1080ti's (Asus ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-O11G-GAMING, SLI) are showing clock speeds of around 1900mhz, even though they're set to have a boost speed of 1683mhz. I'm having some instability in mass effect Andromeda (that's an understatement), however I also got a BSOD in the Heaven benchmark a little while ago... Why are they going so high?
Neither has gone above 70c, usually mid 60's.
