My computer isn't scoring well on multiple benchmark tests, and I don't know what's causing it.

To start, let me thank anyone who decides to read this.

Here are my system specs:

i7 4930k 3.4 GHz (running at 3.3 GHz, don't know why)
32 GB Memory
GTX Titan Black
Sabertooth X79 Motherboard

Here's a benchmark score that is somewhat alarming. It shouldn't be getting this score.

It got a X4997 score on the "Extreme" 3DMark 11 test. This is very low.

What could be going on?

My processor temperatures, all six cores, were below 62 degrees Celsius (during the Superposition Unigine test).

As you can see, the maximum graphics card temperature during that same test was 86 degrees Celsius.

I just reinstalled Windows 10, too, and I reinstalled all of the correct graphics drivers.

Thank you, again, for taking the time tor read all of this. I would appreciate any suggestions.
