My computer has been running fine the past 2 months. Today when I was playing rocket league my computer crashes no bsod just screen freezes. I had been playing off and on for a few hours before the crashes started. I start up a game again and crash after 20 seconds. Temps are fine. Things I've tried, switching power cables, switching pcie slots, i removed lots of dust, updated drivers. A similar thing happened 2 months ago. I used to have 2 radeon 7970s and I had a similar problem and it was solved by just running my computer with 1. Now when I use the card I took out my computer doesn't boot the fan is running though if that means anything. The computer runs when I put in an older gtx 570. Maybe relevant pc specs, asus rampage IV extreme, 3960x, radeon hd 7970, some corsair 1200W psu, windows 10 64 bit.
