I am using Digisol DG-WN3150Nu usb wireless adapter, it is not detecting my router's signal although it detects other signals of mobile hotspot and signals from my neighbour. It used to detect yesterday but not today. The signal strength is good and driver is also updated. My mobile is however able to connect to the router.

Try restarting both your PC and the router, then give the router time to re-sync and all it's status lights show 'OK' ready to use.
Same thing happened with my laptop one day - - every network in my street detected except mine. The above simple process fixed the problem.
