Solution
Aaay, thanks for listening. :)
Got pretty frustrated there.
I have no bias for either, it's best to look at it as purely performance based rather than brand loyalty, in tech that's how it goes, so you need to switch between brands to get the best bang for buck generally.
Just happy that you didn't shoot yourself in the foot and waste money. :p
So you understand why we think you've made some poor choices" T
he reason you get an APU initially (A-Series AMD CPU's) is so that you don't have to get a GPU. Since your new build is an APU with a GPU, it's money not spent wisely. Also, in 2017 it's not a great choice to begin with.

For Getting That I Rather Buy An Ryzen Sorry Not A Hater Of Intel
but After 6 Years With AMD I grow With it Sorry :(

AMD doesn't fit in that price range, you can either get the Intel chip and swallow your pride for better performance, or you can get Ryzen and lower your performance significantly since high frequency RAM (Overpriced where you are) is NEEDED for it to run well.
That would result in about a 20%-30% loss in performance.
Get the i5 list man.

Then save up and go Ryzen if that's your choice, but don't waste your time and money with the build you started with.

Found an
CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 8GB DDR4 2400MHZ ₱ 3,475.00

Oml.
So what you're saying is this.
You have option A, and option B.
Option A performs 30% better than option B and costs the same.
But since Option B says AMD on it you want to choose that instead even though everyone else said to choose option A.

Listen to me, the i5 is the best choice for your build here.
You were about to build an outdated PC that would perform terribly when you came here, and we stopped you.
Now you're about to do the same thing again.
Don't do it unless you want to regret it later, you're throwing your cash down the drain.

Don't come to a forum asking for advice if you're not going to take it.

Without AT LEAST 3000MHz RAM Ryzen runs like crap, hence why I said it isn't an option here since that's expensive as hell. Don't let your fanboyism for AMD be your downfall.
