I recorded some videos using OBS studio and I had the recording set to 1920x1080 60fps, yet when I watch the clip back it looks very choppy and not like 60fps at all. I am using a 144hz monitor so I'm guessing that has something to do with it? Running a gtx 1060 @2Ghz and an i5 6600k @4.3Ghz
