So right now I have the Radeon Crimson Driver installed for my XFX Radeon R7 250x.
I purchased a Gigabyte GTX 1050ti Windforce 4g OC and should get here sometime next week.

Will it affect anything if I have multiple of these drivers installed?

Can I preinstall the 1050ti drivers before even installing the GPU? (If so which one do i Install? https://www.gigabyte.com/Support/Utility/Graphics-Card)
or is the driver for NVIDIA cards just the GeForce Experience? (this is my second GPU and i dont know much about NVIDIA cards yet)

How can I make sure everything for my Radeon card is uninstalled. Because I honestly can not remember everything I installed for this card.

Thanks in Advance

You can have both AMD and Nvidia drivers installed at once, unless you are using Windows Vista, which only allows 1. I know this, as I've had both Nvidia and AMD cards installed into my system at the same time. Vista was the only recent Windows edition which did not allow this. But as far as I know, you can only have 1 driver for Nvidia, and 1 for AMD at a time. You can also leave them in when you take out a video card, and they'll remain there when you reinstall the card at a later time.

As far as "pre-installing" a driver is concerned, I don't believe a driver will install unless you have the hardware that uses that driver also installed. Now, as Bystander said you can remove the hardware AFTER the driver is installed without problems.
