It is my first time building a computer with one of my friends, he already has a computer and he chose all the parts for me to buy. We put it together last night (June 7th) and everything went well until we turned on the tower. It will not connect to the monitor and will also not stay on for more than around 6 seconds before restarting, turning off for about 2 seconds and turning back on. We looked at lists and contacted someone who has a greater understanding of computers and we are guessing that it is a problem with the motherboard which is a Gigabyte Micro ATX 2 x DDR4 DIMM 4 x SATA 6Gb/s Motherboard (GA-H110M-H) link to it is: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FB6TEMC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 if anyone has any solutions aside from or including replacing the motherboard please let me know. Okay I added all of the names of the parts and their links on amazon

pull the gpu and make sure the one ram stick is in ram slot 0. see if you can get into the bios. if you can check the bios rev and update if it out of date. if it still goes into a reboot loop try another test power supply and pull the mb from the case and try seeing if it reboots outside of case. one thing to check make sure the cpu is locked in there no bent pins under the cpu.
