It is my first time building a computer with one of my friends, he already has a computer and he chose all the parts for me to buy. We put it together last night (June 7th) and everything went well until we turned on the tower. It will not connect to the monitor and will also not stay on for more than around 6 seconds before restarting, turning off for about 2 seconds and turning back on.
