Disable C6 and AMD Cool and Quiet in the bios and also set high performance mode in Windows.

Have a look at this video of mine, this was on a MSI Mortar B350m, the Tomahawks little brother, using an R7 1700 and 16gb of G.Skill tirdent Z RGB ram, dont copy them, its just for you to compare to see if youve adjusted similar settings, for now leave your ram at stock speeds which will be 2133mhz, this narrows the problem down. https://youtu.be/JaQgj3PPTu8

Another question, is your bios up to date ?

helps with memeory overclocking so I could get my RAM to run at 3200mhz, you wont need to change that for now if you leave your RAM at stock speeds (2133)

Also, is your bios up to date ?

Which bios version does it say you have in the bios, its at the top right corner of the screen in the EZ mode ?

Also, try clearing this bios if you are sure you are on the latest, use the jumper on the motherboard, not by removing the battery, this rarely works.

Latest version is E7A34AMS.150

Get the lastest bios version, I think its E7A34AMS.180 My 1600X on a MSI B350 Tomahawk with G.Skill ripjaw4 3000 wouldnt oc until I flashed the bios to newest version. Once I did, I oc'd the CPU to 3.9Ghz and with A-XMP2 the ram to 2933Mhz with ZERO issues. I just manually entered 3900 in the CPU freq and selected a-xmp 2, i didnt changed anything else, left it all auto. PC has been running a week now at those setting and no issues.
