best budget GPU?

I am new to gaming and just want to run GTA v, just cause 3 and other PS3 titles.
My question is which would be better to do that at high settings out of the two links i have given, or are there better within the same price range?

The 1050 is probably the best choice in that price range, but keep in mind it's a 2gb vram card. Certain games, at high or ultra settings, may exceed 2gb in requirements. So either the game won't allow you to select the higher settings or it will, but your framerate will suffer.

This is a general tip. You included no information on your CPU, so your actual framerate regardless of settings may suffer even if you picked a card with more vram.
