Is a GTX 560 ti compatible with a mg43m Board from Acer?

So i wanted to give my old Pc a kick by buying a "new" GPU (my old one is a N9500gt), i just dont know, if my Motherboard will suport this Gpu.

My Specs:
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5500 @ 2.80GHz × 2
N9500gt
4gb DDR3 RAM
420 Watt PSU

Pci-e 2.0 cards will EVEN work on pci-e 1.1 slots. Your motherboard has 2.0 slot you can even buy a new gt 1030 card. Gtx 560ti uses protocol 2.0. Everything will work but your cpu will bottleneck.
