Solution
It's good

However the CX550 is still unreviewed, go.for the CX550M (CXM550) to know what you're buying.

A GTX 1080 for a 21.5'' 1080p Monitor is more than successive and basically a waste of money.
A GTX 1070 is more than sufficient
Even a GTX 1060 6GB can push more than 60 frames per second there.

Solution
I took a look inside the new 2017 CX series and it seems like a refresh of the old versions with not much changed, DC/DC is there which helps I guess, but caps and voltage reg is still similar.
