Hello! I've posted several times, but I haven't found an answer :/
My fps used to be fine till I tried to update my drivers for my rx 470 and I had to restart my pc.
So i did And i ran into a problem where i was stuck on the startup.
So I had to find a youtube video on how to fix it.

That seemed to fix my problem and I was happy and finished the AMD update. And turned off my PC. The next day I Fired it up my PC and Played some csgo. I saw that I got really bad fps all of a sudden... I got from 80 -120 fps on lowest settings To a whopping 10 - 20 fps... I was in shock.
so I told my dad on my birthday to take it to a repair shop as a gift for me. And I went to it They had to replace my hard drive and reinstall windows for me. And I thought it was gonna work cause I heard that reinstalling windows 10 would fix most of your problems. And they installed all of my drivers SO I WAS SURE that i was gonna get my FPS back. I played csgo again with the lowest settings and I realized I was getting 30 - 70 Fps now... Not as good as past.
I called them up and said it had bad FPS again but they said everything should be alright cause they check the temperature and checked if there was any damages... But there was none. So I already got worried and It's been months since I touched that PC. Cause I was worried I was gonna break it if i turned it on. Everytime i think about it I get even more depressed and stressed cause I couldn't find the problem. I'm sorry if I not making any sense. It's because I'm not really good with PCs... And I'm having a really hard time right now cause My parents paid almost 1 grand for that pc... and i broke it...
If someone out there can please help me. I would really appreciate it. cause I have no other place to get help from except this forum.

Temps- There all fine cause the repair man said he tested it all already.
Csgo only one with bad FPS (I think)
