Not at 144fps it won't...
Should give you playable framerate at 1080p/ultra in most places,grass at ultra for example will cripple performance,vinewood blv with heavy traffic is hard as well.

if you can wait a bit wait for the newer amd gpu and intel coffee lake cpu that are dropping later this summer.
