So I recently got good advice in upgrading my case/cpu cooler and put it together today. Now I get the infamous CPU Fan Error whenever I restart/boot. My temperatures are fine (way better than before around 30-35 degrees Celsius) and the case is quiet. RPM for the two fans is hitting around 480-500.

Build:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670 @ 3.40GHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z87-A (SOCKET 1150)
Graphics Card: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (EVGA)
RAM: 24.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)
Storage: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM 003-1CH162 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
PSU: Corsair CX850M Modular
CPU Cooler: Phanteks tcp14pe
Case: NZXT-H440

After googling this it seems like a pretty common issue that's been solved on here before. It seems like you can choose to ignore it or set a default RPM? Unsure of what the best option is or if there is a 3rd option that I might of missed to solve this.
