Laptop wont detect AMD driver to installl

I have an alienware laptop that had an AMD m390x card and Intel HD graphics , i was using it just fine till it crashed and when i restarted the AMD graphic card was disabled so i went in to Device manager and i saw it there along with Intel , i removed the AMD to reinstall it from all over again and now that its gone from device manager AMD programs wont allow me to install it again i keep getting this error .

" Error 175 - AMD installer can not continue due to unsupported AMD graphics hardware "

okay I would try to reseat the card and make sure power is properly connected (unplug and replug it on card) and check again
could very well be the video card is dead. (unless you can test it on another pc to confirm)

I did that already , still got the the same error.

Turned it off , plugged out the power , cleaned it from any possible dust , smacked it " lightly " and tried it again , this time it recognized AMD And installed it .
