Just bought a r7 1700, MSI tomahawk b350 and 16gb of Corsair vengeance lp 3000mhz. I am reusing my gpu, psu and HDD/SSD.
When powering the system I get no beep, all fans turn on and only the CPU led lights in the ez debug section. I have reseated everything, checked all power cables and any on the Mobo, tried one stick of ram, all ram positions, when I took out the ram even the ram led didn't light. Still cannot get the system to post.
I got the CPU from Amazon along with the ram, got the Mobo at Canada computers.

GTX 1070 FTW Gaming
EVGA 750w G2
1tb WD Black
128gb Samsung 850 Evo
Windows 10 was previously installed on the ssd, I was planning to reinstall once booted.
Any help is appreciated, I really hope the CPU or Mobo weren't doa
