My configuration:
Processor: Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz
Video Card: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti (MSI)
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z97-PRO GAMER (SOCKET 1150)
Power supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1, 80+ GOLD 650W
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28) Rip.Jaw
CPU cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H110 280 mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
SSD: 232GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB (SSD)
HDD: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08M2NA0 (SATA)

Everytime I play Fallout 4 a 10-15 minutes later it shuts down my PC. I've tested my cpu temps and its around 60-70C while playing 30-35 while idle. I've done Prime95 and OCCT. I've cleaned out my PC and reapplied thermal paste using Arctic Silver 5 vertical line method. I've also checked all my cables for anything lose. I've been researching whether my RAM CPU or PSU is at fault but I find nothing. I've also tested my RAM with windows and now I'm stuck. I play Fallout 4 at 1920x1080 at ultra with reduced shadow to medium. I can easily play Dota 2 and Skyrim Special Edition. I have't tried to run it with modded skyrim but will soon test it out. I don't know what else to do, any help is appreciated. UPDATE: Shutdowns on skyrim modded.

Background:
I ordered my parts around Oct. 2015 got it by Jan. 2016. They were all shipped to where I used to live in Japan and it worked perfectly. Around April got packed and went back to the states, had my whole pc shipped. Got my pc again around November of 2016 was working perfectly fine and all the suddenly a few months later this issue started happening.

I have AIsuit and had it optimized after problems occured I've reset it to default including my BIOS. So i don' think anything is being overclocked. As far as testing I've tested all my components for temp checks.
