It will fit in no problem but running them in SLI will be bit of a problem. NVIDIA will only support 2-way SLI, for 3-way SLI you will have to tweak a bit in settings as well as find suitable SLI bridge. If the setup is in non SLI mode then no problem.

I agree with the above poster. Im not even sure if 3 way sli will work and if it does pretty much no modern games support it very well, not many support 2 way sli very well for that matter. And that mobo will run them pci 3.0 x8, pci 3.0 x8, and pci 2.0 x4. PCI 2.0 x4 will likely hold back the third card assuming you find a game that will utilize the third card and you get 3 way sli working on pascel.

A correction to what I said above. 2 will fit with no problem but the third one may require raiser cable. The 650D case is no problem as it comes with 8expansion slots.
