MSI afterburner Max Temp

So I recently got MSI afterburner, and by default the max temp is set to 80°C. I have an alienware x51 R2 and my GTX 960 easily hits 80°C on a daily basis ..... Probably because of the insanely small case. Will this cause any problems?

case is way too small to add anything to it
